Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using handheld scanners and RF technology
- Verify product codes, quantities, and quality before shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, conveyors) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized workstations and inventory documentation
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 6-8 hour shifts
- Basic math and literacy skills for order verification
- Reliable transportation to our North Philadelphia facility
- Availability for flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy focus
- Team player with positive attitude
- Willingness to complete forklift certification (if needed)
