Responsibilities
- Select and verify products from warehouse inventory using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages accurately with shipping tags and barcodes.
- Organize and maintain packing stations to ensure efficient workflow.
- Inspect outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy before they leave the facility.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and warehouse policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn handheld scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
