Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and damage before packaging and shipment.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Prepare shipments for loading onto delivery trucks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we will train the right candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory verification and order accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.
