Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to strict quality standards.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure daily productivity targets are met.
- Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation and a valid ID.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends if needed.
