Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise from warehouse shelves based on customer orders and pick lists.
- Verify item counts, descriptions, and SKUs against packing slips to ensure accuracy.
- Package goods securely using appropriate materials, ensuring they are ready for transit.
- Label packages accurately for shipping and scan them into the inventory management system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Perform basic inventory checks and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for verifying quantities and reading labels.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Proficiency with handheld scanners and basic computer systems is a plus.
