Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Inspect products for quality and packaging integrity
- Optimize inventory flow through efficient sorting and staging
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license (if operating equipment)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Forklift certification a plus (training available)
