Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency using RF scanners.
- Verify order quantities, weights, and descriptions against shipping documents.
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of items for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor systems.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
