As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We offer comprehensive training for all new hires, so no prior experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from shelves based on customer orders with high accuracy.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent shipping errors.
- Operate material handling equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification provided).
- Organize the warehouse floor to maintain a safe and efficient workflow.
- Scanning barcodes and updating inventory systems in real-time.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
