Responsibilities
- Pick & Pack: Accurately pick and pack products according to customer orders and packing slips using handheld scanners.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or damaged stock immediately.
- Quality Control: Ensure all packages are securely wrapped and labeled with the correct shipping information.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when reading orders and handling merchandise.
- Reliability: Punctual and committed to a full-time schedule.
- Communication: Basic ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.
