Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on 100% accuracy and speed.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to process orders.
- Verify item descriptions, quantities, and packaging quality before shipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the logistics and inventory teams to meet daily operational targets.
- Perform regular equipment checks and basic maintenance as required.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and stock organization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and various shifts.
