Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to customer orders and company standards.
- Verify accuracy of orders by checking item numbers, quantities, and quality of goods.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and conveyor belts.
- Label packages accurately and ensure proper placement in shipping areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read pick lists and labels.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work various shifts (including weekends).
