Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Verify product accuracy against purchase orders to minimize errors.
- Properly label, wrap, and box items for shipment.
- Organize inventory on shelves and maintain a tidy workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Assist in loading trucks and preparing shipments for delivery.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
