Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Verify product quality and quantities against pick lists to ensure 100% accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain organized and clean workstation areas to optimize workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle count procedures
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Background check and pre-employment drug screen required
