Responsibilities
- Select and verify merchandise against customer orders using handheld scanners and pick lists.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials (bubble wrap, boxes, tape) to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Load and unload freight efficiently, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure fastening.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify workflow improvements and meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be available for Full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
