Responsibilities
- Select and Pick: Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners or RF equipment.
- Pack and Prepare: Safely pack items into boxes, ensuring proper labeling, sealing, and documentation for shipment.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory counts and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate manual and powered pallet jacks or forklifts safely as required by shift assignments.
- Quality Assurance: Verify order accuracy against pick lists to minimize errors and returns.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime during peak seasons.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Communication: Basic ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
