Responsibilities
- Select and verify merchandise from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and order pickers.
- Package items securely and apply correct shipping labels and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Assist in inventory control and cycle counting processes to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping quotas efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
