Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack items according to customer orders and quality standards.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packaging.
- Label packages accurately and prepare them for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime when required.
