Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Use handheld scanners to accurately select products from shelves and pack them securely for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Verify item quantities and ensure all packages are correctly labeled and staged.
- Maintenance: Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe environment.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage before packaging and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Background Check: Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
