Job Overview
In this role, you will play a crucial part in our supply chain process. You will be responsible for selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves according to customer orders.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Inspect products for quality, damages, and accuracy before packing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Label packages accurately and prepare them for shipping.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory checks.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- No felony convictions (standard background check).
