Responsibilities
- Retrieve items from shelves and racks based on pick tickets and RF scanners.
- Package, label, and prepare items for shipment efficiently and accurately.
- Verify order quantities and ensure proper packaging standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) as trained and certified.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not strictly required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if needed.
