Responsibilities
- Select, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (if certified).
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards.
- Update inventory systems to reflect stock levels accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or order fulfillment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and shipping labels.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
