Responsibilities
- Retrieve and select merchandise from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify order accuracy against pick tickets and scan items into the system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided).
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets set by management.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Phoenix facility.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions if working in a dock door.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as business demands.
