Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners to ensure 99% accuracy.
- Verify product quantities and descriptions against work orders before packaging.
- Prepare items for shipment by safely wrapping, labeling, and staging packages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, as required.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily throughput and productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new warehouse management software.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including overtime.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
