Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise accurately using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Inspect items for damage and verify orders against packing slips.
- Prepare and seal packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production and quality targets.
- Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided) as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; however, equivalent experience is accepted.
- Reliable transportation is required.
