Responsibilities
- Retrieve products from shelves using RF scanners and handheld devices to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack items securely in boxes, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Inspect products for quality and damages before shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counting procedures as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn RF scanning technology quickly.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions if working in a dock door area.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
