Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems for commercial deployment
- Design hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Develop error correction protocols achieving 106 qubit stability
- Lead quantum hardware-software integration projects
- Create quantum security frameworks for enterprise applications
- Publish research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in cutting-edge methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and QIP implementation
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and control electronics
- Strong background in topological quantum computing or quantum error correction
- Demonstrated ability to secure $1M+ research grants
