- Accurately pack and prepare customer orders for shipment according to specifications
- Operate packing equipment including scales, sealers, and automated systems
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies to warehouse management
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and packing areas
- Collaborate with remote team members to optimize packing workflows
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards for all packaging materials
- Process shipping documentation and labels using digital systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for digital inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to Pittsburgh facility for in-person training
