Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and fulfillment processes
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse staff through performance coaching and training
- Implement safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance and accident-free operations
- Optimize inventory management systems to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
- Collaborate with logistics team to coordinate transportation and distribution schedules
- Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions
- Manage equipment maintenance and facility upkeep to ensure operational readiness
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training credentials
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with remote team management tools and practices
