- Implement and optimize inventory control systems using WMS technology
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize supply chain efficiency
- Analyze performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate third-party logistics services
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- Proven expertise in WMS systems and inventory control methodologies
- OSHA certification and strong safety management background
- Excellent communication skills for remote team coordination
- Data analysis abilities with proficiency in logistics software
- Experience implementing lean warehouse practices
- Valid forklift certification and hazardous materials handling knowledge
