Responsibilities
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, including forklift operators and pickers
- Implement and maintain efficient inventory control systems

- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Manage warehouse layout optimization and space utilization
- Prepare performance reports and operational metrics
- Collaborate with transportation team for seamless logistics coordination
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery experience
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
