Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control procedures to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and conduct regular inspections
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics and dock scheduling
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency by 15%
- Manage warehouse technology including WMS and RF scanners
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports for senior leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in logistics or distribution
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery expertise
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
