Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and shipping coordination
- Lead and mentor a team of 10+ warehouse associates with flexible scheduling options
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards across all workflows
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Coordinate cross-departmental logistics to ensure seamless supply chain operations
- Utilize inventory management systems to maintain accurate stock levels
- Address operational challenges with data-driven solutions
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience in fast-paced environments
- Proven track record in team leadership and performance optimization
- Forklift certification and advanced inventory management system proficiency
- Strong problem-solving abilities with lean manufacturing knowledge
- Excellent communication skills with bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends as needed
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Associate degree in logistics or related field required
