Responsibilities
- Operate electric and propane forklifts to move, locate, and stack materials in high-volume warehouse setting
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure OSHA compliance and operational safety
- Coordinate with inventory team to optimize storage space and streamline workflows
- Load/unload trucks with attention to load security and weight distribution
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Train junior operators on safety protocols and equipment operation
Qualifications
- OSHA-certified forklift operator with 2+ years of warehouse experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent required
