Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials efficiently
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections and report equipment malfunctions
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Train junior operators on safe equipment handling practices
- Support warehouse cleanliness and organization standards
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years of industrial forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Clean driving record (DMV record required)
