Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environment
- Load/unload trucks with efficiency and adherence to safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts using warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment maintenance logs
- Train new operators on safety procedures and equipment operation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (current or ability to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
