Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and heavy machinery to move, load, and unload materials
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Train and mentor junior operators on best practices
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow efficiency
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification and current driver's license
- Proven ability to operate various forklift types (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck)

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperatures
