Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipment processes from order fulfillment to final delivery
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices) with 99% accuracy
- Optimize freight routes using TMS systems to reduce costs by 15%
- Resolve shipment exceptions and delays through proactive carrier negotiations
- Maintain real-time shipment visibility through WMS platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Warehouse, Finance)
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for shipping workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in freight coordination or logistics operations
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Descartes)
- Expert knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and hazardous materials
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- OSHA 40-Hour Hazmat certification preferred
