Responsibilities
- Coordinate international and domestic shipments across air, ocean, and ground freight
- Manage customs documentation and compliance for import/export shipments
- Optimize routing and carrier selection to minimize costs and transit times
- Track shipments proactively and resolve delivery exceptions
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and client teams for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate shipping records and generate performance reports
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in shipping workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in TMS software (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
