Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping operations including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier negotiations
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse logistics to ensure seamless product flow
- Oversee international freight forwarding with emphasis on Pacific Rim trade routes
- Implement and maintain compliance with TSA, FDA, and maritime regulations
- Analyze shipping data to optimize routes and reduce transit times
- Liaise with cross-functional teams including procurement and sales departments
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or supply chain management
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Certification in logistics (CSCP, CLTD, or CPIM) preferred
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
