Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipping activities across multiple distribution channels
- Manage inventory levels and optimize warehouse space utilization
- Process international and domestic shipping documentation (BOLs, customs forms)
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve delivery discrepancies
- Liaise with carriers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery
- Implement cost-effective shipping strategies and carrier negotiations
- Maintain accurate shipping records and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in WMS and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification (OSHA 10-hour preferred)
