Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments via air, rail, and ground carriers
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices)
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS platforms
- Resolve transportation delays and exceptions proactively
- Collaborate with warehouse teams for inventory accuracy
- Analyze logistics data to optimize shipping routes
- Maintain compliance with DOT/FAA regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with TMS software (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Excel/Power BI skills for reporting
- Excellent verbal/written communication
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
