Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via ground, air, and ocean freight
- Manage inventory levels and optimize warehouse space utilization
- Process customs documentation and comply with trade regulations
- Track shipments in real-time using WMS/TMS systems
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and customer inquiries
- Collaborate with carriers to negotiate rates and ensure capacity
- Generate shipping reports and process invoices
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and customs procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Forklift certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
