Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier negotiations
- Track and manage inventory levels across multiple distribution centers
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and proactively address logistical bottlenecks
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Implement cost-effective shipping solutions while meeting delivery SLAs
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and international shipping regulations
- Generate and analyze shipping performance metrics for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of logistics/shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs documentation
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Forklift certification and warehouse safety awareness
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
