Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily shipments via FedEx, UPS, and LTL carriers
- Manage inventory documentation and bill of lading preparation
- Track shipment status and resolve transit delays
- Collaborate with warehouse team on loading schedules
- Process customs documentation for international shipments
- Maintain compliance with DOT and OSHA regulations
- Optimize shipping routes to reduce costs
Qualifications
- 2+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficient in WMS and TMS systems
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020
- Excel and data analysis skills
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
