- Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple carriers
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse documentation systems
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and expedite urgent deliveries

- Maintain compliance with customs regulations and trade policies
- Analyze shipping metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities

Qualifications
- 3+ years of shipping coordination experience
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Forklift certification (OSHA 10-hour)
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak seasons
- Associate degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
