Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack high-value inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain 99.9% accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory documentation
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) safely and compliantly
- Optimize picking routes to maximize productivity and meet daily targets
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits with meticulous attention to detail
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment bottlenecks
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S workplace standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume warehouse picking experience
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Valid PIT certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
