Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and fulfillment with 99.5% accuracy
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of warehouse associates through performance coaching
- Implement lean methodologies to reduce operational costs by 15% annually
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a zero-accident safety culture
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with transportation and purchasing departments for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume distribution centers
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operator credentials required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs and improving KPIs
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 20+
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends during peak seasons
- Spanish bilingual skills highly desirable
