Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse associates daily, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity targets are met
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols, maintaining zero-accident records
- Optimize inventory control systems, including cycle counts and WMS management
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with logistics, receiving, and shipping teams
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching for career development
- Analyze operational data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and safety compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution or manufacturing
- OSHA 30-Hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
