Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Train and supervise 15+ team members to achieve performance targets
- Implement lean practices to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Conduct safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance protocols
- Coordinate with vendors and carriers for seamless logistics
- Generate reports on KPIs: inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rate, and labor productivity
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume environments
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and inventory management expertise
