Responsibilities
- Manage 10+ warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely deliveries and pickups
- Utilize WMS systems to track inventory and generate performance reports
- Resolve operational issues and maintain compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30 certification and strong safety leadership skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to manage teams and foster a positive work culture
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding setting
- Forklift certification and experience with material handling equipment
